A 16 1/2" scale, all solid spruce/flamed maple mandola from Jimi Moon. I've had all the well known British makes of mandolin family instruments over the last few years and Jimmy has come out on top for sound, build quality, finish and value. Specially made for us by Jimi this is one of my 10 string projects, it is mandola scale length, 16", tuned CGDAE so you have a mandola and madolin on one instrument! Great for rythm as you get a fuller chord sound but also easily playable as a mandolin or mandola. See the cittern page for more information on this. It sounds better than any instrument at this price can be expected to.
