Robert Anderson Guitars

I was very excited when Robert contacted me to ask if TAMCO would be his only UK and European dealer. Robert works alone in his Victoria BC (British Columbia, Canada) workshop. I was well aware of his reputation both as one of the chosen few making guitars for the legendary Eric Schoenberg and having been commissioned to make a limited edition series for Dream Guitars. Robert is known for his pre-war voicing and light and responsive guitars. He builds one guitar at a time using the techniques of the Old Masters; selected aged timbers, dovetail neck joint, hide glue and a French polished finish.

Robert concentrates on smaller bodied guitars working with only two body sizes; an OM-ish fourteen and three quarters lower bout and a parlour with a twelve inch lower bout.
