Stephen Kinnaird Guitars

Stephen has been making his beautiful and unbelievably well priced guitars in his Nacogdoches, Texas workshop since 1980.

He says "In the ensuing years I have developed a style that shows an appreciation of the great guitars of the past, while leaving room for personal expression. As a custom builder each instrument is approached as unique, and no two are exactly alike. I find great satisfaction in the challenge of designing an instrument that meets the needs of each customer."

    Kinnaird OM sitka/rosewood

My first from Steve and what a beauty. A great example of what rosewood can do, rich, deep and dark with great balance a great clarity at the top end. It has immaculate workmanship and plays like a dream.
