Don's claim to fame (I can vouch for the fact that Don isn't the kind of man who craves fame) is making guitars for Doc Watson. Two Doc Watson models are in the range. Every Gallagher made has been logged and when known, changes in ownership recorded. These are completely hand made guitars in the American tradition - all built with the highest quality solid tonewoods - from the heart of country country (if you see what I mean).
