David Webber Guitars
Hand made sole luthier guitars from £1900

I first came across David's guitars in several of the US of A's more exclusive guitar outlets. The tone of a rosewood OM I played in Mando Bros has stuck with me ever since. David uses the dreaded CNC to do all the boring and tedious parts that gain nothing from being done by hand. This allows him to do the important bits by hand, selecting the finest woods, graduating tops and tap tuning to adjust bracing individually for each guitar, necks are all hand fitted.

Using the machinery to do the tedious work allows him to build these very fine guitars at unbelievable prices. (The struggling Canadian Dollar also helps with this, David is in Vancouver). All come with hard cases.

  2. Webber OM sitka/sapele

    Webber OM sitka/sapele

A beautiful and amazing value OM from David in sitka and sapele - my favourite back and sides wood. Very articulate with warm bass, vibrant mids, well balanced with clear, well defined trebles. Its very responsive with excellent separation and great playability, a fingerstylists dream but also responds well to the plectrum.
